EFFECTIVE PAYMENT DATE OF THE ANNUAL STUDENT SUBSCRIPTION FEES
The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) wishes to inform the general
public that the student annual subscription fees for 2021 shall be due and payable on or before
1 January 2021 and subsequently same date, each year.
Similarly, the institute wishes to remind its students, sponsors, and other stakeholders that, a
student who fails to renew their registration within three (3) months of the renewal date will
be deemed to have allowed the registration to lapse and may thus forego the right to sit for
examination(s) until the renewal position is normalized.
This amount is payable by all students irrespective of whether a student is planning to sit for
examination(s) that year or not. With this new development the institute will be able to
effectively execute its mandate including serving its stakeholders better.
